ER SAI’s “Non Destructive Testing Laboratory-NDTL” is an accredited by National center of accreditation, independent testing laboratory located in the “ER SAI Caspian Contactor” LLC Caspian Construction yard near Kuryk village.

NDTL was established on 2010 to provide Non-Destructive Testing services for the Kashagan Experimental Project scope which was fabricated in ERSAI Yard. NDTL is considered as one of the leading companies in Kazakhstan in the field of NDT using the latest advanced technologies and equipment and having a group of the most professional technicians available in the field. NDTL is also capable of providing NDT design expertise services through our design engineering offices in Milan, Italy.

NDTL has highly qualified and certified personnel with qualification in the following international industrial bodies:

• PCN – Personnel Certification in Non-Destructive Testing;
• ASNT – American Society of Non-Destructive Testing;
• API – American Petroleum Institute;
• AWS – American Welding Society;
• ACCP – ASNT Central Certification Programme;
• ISO – International Organization for Standardization.

We aspire to improve the skills of the Local Content. The Laboratory as necessary sends the local content for training to improve their skills.
