Working in Saipem Group since January 1995, graduated Mechanical Engineer (Faculty) and after worked worldwide among all business segments of the Saipem Group, from Onshore to Offshore Pipeline Installation, from Offshore Platform Installation to Onshore GOSP Construction, from Drilling Operations to Drilling Ship Commissioning, has reached the world of Fabrication in 2005 first as Quality Manager and then in 2012 as General Manager.

Since February 2013 has been appointed as ERSAI General Director.

During his past involvement it has to be highlighted his previous experience as HSE leader during his appointment in Fano Engineering hub as QHSE Manger.

Big fan of all sports, strong supporter of Juventus, married with Kazakh-Tatary woman with 3 kids one of just 6 months.

I’m really proud to have had the opportunity to land in Kazakhstan at the beginning of the Millennium, when the transformation of the country has just started. I came alone, with “short pants” and unconsciousness of youth. I consider myself very lucky because I have contributed since day “zero” to build up ERSAI. My biggest challenge and achievement has been the cultural change started in 2007, when all Management & workers were unlikely to wear a coverall and helmet, today we are representing the safest industrial reality in Kazakhstan, our Operational Excellence is achieved only thanks to a strong Safety Culture. My next target is to make of ERSAI the number one Contractor in the Caspian Region.
