Between 1993 and 2002, Yuriy Pak worked in wholesale and retail trade sector of consumer goods, oil products and industrial equipment. Yuriy Pak was one of the founders of KBK LLP Corporation. He was Deputy General Director at KBK LLP Corporation from 1993 to 1997 and subsequently worked as the company’s General Director from 1997 to 1999. He served as Head of Sales and Marketing of Oil Products Department at the national oil and gas company, KazakhOil in 1999 and 2000. Yuriy Pak then worked again at KBK LLP Corporation as Deputy General Director between 2000 and 2002. From 2002 to 2004 he was Unit Manager at ERC Holdings LLC and from 2004 to 2006 he served as Director of Lancaster Group Pte Ltd.

Yuriy Pak was born in 1970 in Almaty, Kazakhstan. He is a graduate of the Kazakh State Academy of Management. Yuriy Pak is married and has one child.

Maurizio Coratella has been SAIPEM Chief Operating Officer of the on-shore Engineering and Construction Division since March 2018.

In 1999 he joined Edison and was appointed Project Manager of the first IPP built in Egypt, the power Station of Sidi Krir. Since then, he covered several positions among which: Construction Director of the LNG Plant of IDKU Egypt, based in Houston, in 2002; Executive Vice President for Projects in Edipower responsible among other projects of the re-powering of 4000 MW in Italy, in 2005; General Manager in Egypt of Edison’s activities, following the 1.4 billion US dollars acquisition of Abu Qir assets, in 2009; VP for Edison’s E&P activities for Egypt and the Middle East, in 2012; and Executive Vice President Exploration and Production Division and Chief Executive Officer of Edison International in September 2016.

He started his career in 1990 as an entrepreneur in the IT business and in 1994 joined ABB (Asea Brown Boveri) where he occupied various positions in Italy and abroad in the Power Generation Industry.

Maurizio Coratella was born in 1965 and graduated in Industrial Engineering at Politecnico di Milano (Italy). He is married and father of two children.

Between 1994 and 1999 Berik Kaniyev managed his own oil processing and distribution business and worked as President of KBK Ltd, President of Kazneftecom Ltd and President of Neco Ltd. From 1998 to 1999 Berik Kaniyev was Vice-president of National Oil and Gas Company KazakhOil. He then served as Independent Advisor to the Prime-Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan from 1999 to 2001.

At present, Berik Kaniyev also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Syrymbet JSC. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) Kazakhstan. Berik Kaniyev is actively involved in a number of social projects. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Non-commercial JSC Republican Physics and Mathematics School (RPMS), a co-founder of its Alumni Fund and member of its Alumni Committee. An avid supporter of youth football, he is also a founder of Arlan football club and president of Kazakhstan League of Children-Youth Football Zhas Kyran.

Berik Kaniyev was born in 1970 in Almaty, Kazakhstan. He is a graduate of Kazakh State University and holds an executive MBA degree from Duke University in the US. Berik Kaniyev is married and has four children.
