WHAT IS “FEEDBACK?”


Feedback is questions, suggestions, clarifications or grievances about ERSAI operations, the company’s general business or issues involving its projects such as the Future Growth Project-Wellhead Pressure Management Project (FGP-WPMP).

WHAT IS THE ERSAI FEEDBACK PROCESS?


The Feedback Process is a quick, easy and confidential process for stakeholders to communicate with ERSAI on company operations issues, grievances and receive a timely response.

HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?


Anyone with an issue, grievance or suggestion can submit feedback directly to ERSAI. People prefer different channels for communicating, so ERSAI provides as many options as possible to make it easy for you to provide feedback. Feedback can be submitted by mail, e-mail, telephone line and on a feedback form at drop box locations in Kuryk village of Mangystau Region and at ERSAI Yard. Once you have submitted feedback, ERSAI will respond to the feedback within 20 working days.

IS THE FEEDBACK PROCESS CONFIDENTIAL?


Yes. ERSAI does not share feedback outside of the company. Feedback lets us respond to concerns, grievances and consider suggestions that help ERSAI become more responsive to our local communities.

ERSAI’s Feedback Process is completely confidential. ERSAI invites all of our stakeholders to participate in the Feedback Process.
