Rooms, rest /recreation and medical facilities, etc. are monitored by accommodation audits and camp management.

Working conditions:

Working conditions: Workplaces, tea/coffee breaks, PPE, etc. are monitored by site visits, inspections, worker committee meetings.

Timely payments:

Salary and pension payment, overtime hours, night shift, bonuses, etc. are monitored by conducting audits and by salary confirmation reports.15.2020.

Food/canteen services:

Food delivery/catering services, food storage, compliance to sanitary norms are monitored by canteen and hygiene audits.

Audits:

Annual TCO ELC and D’Apolonia audits are passed successfully in 2017 and 2018.
