Welding certification
ERSAI Quality Management system of Welding activities have been Certified in the year 2016 being in compliance to the ISO 3834-2 :2006
Scope of Certification: Project Management, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of Plant and Equipment, Facilities, Shipbuilding, Port Management, Logistic Services and Ancillary Works pertinent to the Oil and Gas On & Offshore Location and other relevant industries.
our experience
On the most recent Projects (≥ 2005) ERSAI has qualified a total of 482 WPS on a wide variety of Base Metals.
A total of 800 welders have been qualified (from 2005 up to date) on Structural discipline and another 1200 on Piping discipline.
Welders have been qualified in accordance with International Standards as well as in accordance with Local Regulations (Order of the Ministry for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 309).
