As a part of the Aktau Seaport SEZ, ERSAI provides a preferential tax and customs regime, including exemptions from corporate income, land and property taxes, VAT on imported goods, import duties and land rent. The regime also facilitates duty- and tax-free import of goods for project needs, subject to applicable SEZ rules.
